No. Seed cycling is a traditional food-based nutrition practice, not a medical treatment. It's meant to complement — not replace — guidance from your doctor.
Track Day 1 of your cycle as your period starts. Use the Pumpkin + Flax pouch daily through Day 14, then switch to Sunflower + Sesame through Day 28. Sprinkle on meals, smoothies, or yogurt.
That's common with PCOS. As a simple guide, switch pouches roughly halfway through your cycle.
Keep pouches sealed in a cool, dry place. For longer freshness, store in the fridge once opened.
